Parish Publications
The parish newsletter — carrying the Good News of Christ to every home.
About Besorah
Besorah — meaning “Good News” in Hebrew — is the official newsletter of the Mar Thoma Church of New Jersey. A BESORAH publication, it carries devotional reflections, parish news, event announcements, ministry updates, and messages from our Vicar and Youth Chaplain.
Besorah has been a thread of connection for our parish family since the earliest years of this congregation, keeping members near and far informed and spiritually nourished.
Besorah is the Hebrew word for “Good News” — the same root as the Greek Euangelion, from which we get “Gospel.” Our newsletter carries this name as a reminder that every parish communication is rooted in the proclamation of Christ.
